Retirement Non-Faculty (Staff, Administrators)

All non-faculty members (staff, administrators) should contact Sandor Zapolin, Administrator for the Minuteman Retirement System, with any questions.
 

If you are Non-Faculty (Staff, Administrators) you are a member of the Minuteman Retirement System.  If you are Faculty (Teacher or Counselor) you are a member of Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System.  These are separate and distinct systems.   Contact information for each system is below.  
 

IN 2022, THE MINUTEMAN REGIONAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM WAS RANKED AS HAVING THE 4TH HIGHEST FUNDED RATIO STATEWIDE BY THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT ADMINISTRATION COMMISSION (PERAC). READ MORE.

All Minuteman Faculty Association members (teachers, guidance counselors, nurses, etc.) with questions about their retirement should contact the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System (MTRS).
