Important Senior Yearbook Information
Senior Portraits & Baby Photos
Every senior must complete the official Class of 2027 Senior Submission Form. The form is only accessible with a Minuteman account.

The form includes submission of:
- Your senior portrait (4x6 minimum size, portrait orientation, NO SCREENSHOTS)
- Your baby photo (4x6 minimum size, NO SCREENSHOTS)
- Your student information for the yearbook
Please gather ALL of the required information and photos before beginning and submitting the form. You should only submit the form once you have everything ready. The form can only be accessed with your student's Minuteman account.
If your senior portrait and baby photo are not submitted through the form by January 15, 2027, they will not be included in the yearbook.
We will not be accepting parent email submissions, Google Drive links, Teams messages, or other submission methods. Everything must go through the official form so that submissions stay accurate, organized, and fair for everyone.

Parent Ads
Honor your senior and support the yearbook by purchasing a personalized ad. Ads are a great way to send a special message to your senior that will be featured in every yearbook.
Ad Sizes (W x H):
- $110 Full Page: 8" x 10"
- $80 Half Page: 8" x 5"
- $45 Quarter Page: 4" x 5"
- $35 Eighth Page (Business Card): 4" x 2.5"
YOU MUST PURCHASE YOUR AD BEFORE DESIGNING IT. There are hree ways to design your ad:
- Design it yourself (any program) and email it to yearbook@minuteman.org.
- Have a Yearbook staff person design it for you.
- Email yearbook@minuteman.org with your message + images.
- A staff member will send you a proof before the deadline.
- Design it online using Friesens tools.
- After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a design link.

Purchase a Yearbook
The discounted price for pre-ordering your yearbook is $70.00. If you wait to purchase in-person the price is $85.00 AND YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A YEARBOOK. Fill out the attached order form to pay by check or go online at Friesens Yearbooks to order your yearbook.
